The principal of Funke Real Estate Group has over 20 years of general contracting experience. In 2014, she was awarded the largest contract ever given to a woman owned business by Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority. Funke Real Estate Group is a true Woman-Owned business and feels passionate about providing other women and minority businesses contracting and development opportunities. Funke enjoys working with Municipalities and local Community Development Corporations to provide market rate and affordable housing to residents of Ohio and Kentucky.
PAST PROJECT
Jodi Funke worked with MCURC and the Port Authority of Greater Cincinnati to build 13 new homes in Madisonville. Two of the homes were accessible ranches to accommodate a growing need from seniors and the disabled community. These homes utilized land obtained through the Hamilton County Land Reutilization Corporation and the project costs were subsidized by the City of Cincinnati. The homes were sold to families making 120% or less of area median income, in order to ensure that there is enough moderately priced and affordable housing available in the community.
